Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cannot be canceled once shipped.

Exchange Policy:

  • For an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We will gladly accept any unused product with original tags.
  • The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
  • Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by TV Parlour.
  • Exchanges will be issued after receiving the first product from the customer.

Refund Policy:

  • For a refund, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
  • Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by TV Parlour.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
  • NOTE: Refunds will only be processed for genuine reasons.
