Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Order cannot be canceled once shipped.
Exchange Policy:
- For an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will gladly accept any unused product with original tags.
- The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
- Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by TV Parlour.
- Exchanges will be issued after receiving the first product from the customer.
Refund Policy:
- For a refund, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
- Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by TV Parlour.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
- NOTE: Refunds will only be processed for genuine reasons.
